We will endeavour to respond to you within five working days.Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our Catalogue, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping basket. After you have finished your selection, click on "Checkout" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order. Most products are currently only available to delivery addresses in Mainland UK. However some products have additional order pages for delivery to other countries. E-mail us if you would like to order from outside mainland UK and we will send you a quote.
We accept Visa, MasterCard and other major credit card payments, just place your order and your credit card company will send the payment via Paypal.com. Alternatively you can pay by cheque. Shipping and VAT are included on UK order pages so the price you see is the price you pay. Delivery Schedule Your order will normally be despatch within 14 days unless otherwise stated, but the delivery lead time will vary depending on where you live and which carrier is used. We will inform you via email if we are unable to send your order within 30 days and give you the option to cancel.When your order is despatched we will obtain a proof of postage. If our courier/royal mail is unable to deliver your order and return the goods to us you will be required to pay a second delivery charge before we can re-send your parcel. Credit Card Security We know of no documented cases of credit card fraud using our shopping system over the Internet. All credit card numbers are encrypted in the software when the order is placed using 128 bit encryption (they are not held in clear text on any web site). Credit card details are not received by Selly Green. Any information given during ordering is processed by Pay pal. Guarantee We guarantee your satisfaction. Just let us know within 7 working days (starting from the day after receipt of your order) if you do not wish to keep it, and we will refund your money within 30 days. Please return the products in their original packaging, enclosing a quick note to tell us why you have chosen to return them. If you do not return your order (whilst trying to obtain a refund) we may collect the goods and deduct the cost from your refund. We will inform you of the return address when you contact us. If a fault occurs with a product after we have transferred payment to the supplier 4-8 weeks from your order date. It is the responsibility of the supplier to refund, replace, etc. the product according to their own policy. E-mail us and we will forward it to the product supplier.
